EHS Executive: -
- To support EHS Manager/ Lead in the day today activities.
- Issue work permits, investigate workplace accidents or near-misses, and maintain detailed documentation
- Ensuring the safe production activities in co-ordination with Team to ensure accident-free facility.
- Regular inspection of Fire Extinguisher, service Lines, HSD yard, LDO, Solvent storage yard and ETP.
- Conducting risk analysis and ensuring the proper solution to avoid the risk & hazard.
- Record keeping and documentation of EHS related work.
- Identify potential hazards, perform job safety analyses (JSA), and execute corrective actions.
- Checking firefighting equipment and detection systems to ensure the proper working.
- Organize daily toolbox talks (TBT), safety inductions, and emergency evacuation drills Ensuring the safety induction of workers& staff
- Ensuring contractor’s safety program.
- Knowledge of ETP , STP & ZLD System
- Purified Water System operation & Records / water balancing
- DISH , MPCB & Local Authority Compliance
- Prepare SOP for EHS
- Conduct routine site inspections, fire and safety system checks, and internal/external EHS audits.
- Desirables:
- Should have exposure of construction safety also. Exposure of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 and any other standards would be an advantage. Knowledge of environment regulation would be an added advantage.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Science graduate with Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS)
- Experience in Pharma/Food/Nutraceuticals Industry
- GMP/CGMP/ISO/FSSC
- 2 to 3 years of relevant EHS experience
Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
