Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Smart Home and Building Automation solutions across residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional projects.
- Generate business through builders, architects, interior designers, consultants, electrical contractors, and system integrators.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and project consultants.
- Identify project opportunities, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage complete sales cycles from lead generation to project closure.
- Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
