Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outbound Sales Calls
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using pre-defined scripts
- Generate qualified leads for Relationship Managers to close
- Contact existing customers to encourage additional investments or upgrades
- Reach out to cold leads from data sources, webinars, and referrals
- Pitch mutual fund products (SIP, lumpsum, equity/debt funds) over the phone
2. Customer Inquiry Handling & Inbound Calls
- Answer incoming calls from prospective and existing investors
- Respond to queries about mutual fund products, schemes, and returns
- Explain product features, benefits, and risks clearly
- Resolve complaints and issues related to SIP, redemptions, or transactions
- Provide market updates and investment insights to clients
- Follow-Up & Relationship Maintenance
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects who showed interest
- Call old/inactive customers to reactivate their investments
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients
- Send reminders for SIP instalments, renewal dates, and portfolio reviews
3.Follow-Up & Relationship Maintenance
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects who showed interest

- Personalize communication to build trust and rapport
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
