We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and exit formalities, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, documentation, and payroll processing.
- Experience in attendance management, leave administration, and employee record management.
- Working knowledge of HR documentation and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
- Process monthly payroll, attendance, leave records, and related reports.
- Coordinate with employees regarding payroll, attendance, and HR-related queries.
- Ensure accuracy of employee data in HRMS and payroll systems.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Maintain records related to attendance, leave, and employee benefits.
- Support statutory compliance documentation and audits as required.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and administrative activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper management of employee information.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR operations.
