The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the equipment and facilities at the frozen fruits and vegetables processing facility are properly maintained and in good working order. This includes overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, coordinating with outside contractors and vendors, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to avoid downtime and reduce the need for repairs.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities at the processing facility, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors to ensure that repairs and maintenance are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce the need for repairs and avoid downtime.
- Manage the maintenance budget and ensure that all costs are controlled and within budget.
- Monitor the performance of equipment and facilities, and identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that the facility complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Exp in ammonia chillers is preferable
- Exp in maintaining MIS reports, Root Cause analysis, 5S, Reliability Centered Maintenance, CMMS( Computerized Maintenance system),
- Exp in facing Boiler inspections minimum up to 5 Ton boiler, Electrical inspection, FSSAI/ ISO audits AND Other utilities like WTP, ETP, STP
