Job Summary
We are hiring a skilled and dedicated Multi Skilled Technician (MST) to join a reputed Facility Management Organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance across multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil, and HVAC systems, ensuring the smooth operation of commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Carry out minor civil maintenance works such as masonry, painting, carpentry, ceiling, flooring, and partition repairs.
- Attend day-to-day maintenance complaints and resolve them within the defined turnaround time.
- Inspect facility equipment and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Operate and maintain pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, lighting systems, plumbing fixtures, and utility equipment.
- Replace defective electrical components, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and plumbing accessories.
- Coordinate with specialized technicians and external vendors for major repairs.
- Maintain daily maintenance reports, service logs, and equipment checklists.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of plant rooms, equipment, and work areas.
- Support emergency maintenance activities whenever required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and minor civil maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment faults efficiently.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience as a Multi Skilled Technician in Commercial Buildings, IT Parks, Hospitals, Airports, Hotels, Manufacturing Plants, Data Centers, or Corporate Offices.
- Experience in Facility Management Services (FMS) will be preferred.
- Ability to independently handle multi-disciplinary maintenance activities.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
