Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and sales closures across the company’s businesses including real estate development, construction, architectural services, and allied offerings. The role also requires active participation in developing sales content, messaging, and brand-level ideas to support sales efforts and improve market visibility.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development
- Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, site visits, referrals, digital enquiries, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and present company offerings in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups to drive timely conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (projects, accounts, legal, admin) for pricing, approvals, and documentation.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and basic cost breakups.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and closure records in CRM systems or Excel trackers.
- Assist in registration, agreement, and handover processes where applicable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Ensure adherence to company pricing policies, approval matrices, and sales processes.
B. Sales Content & Brand Support
- Assist in formulating sales content such as brochures, pitch decks, proposals, emailers, and WhatsApp creatives.
- Contribute ideas for brand positioning, project narratives, and sales messaging aligned with company values.
- Provide on-ground market insights, customer objections, and feedback to improve sales communication.
- Support development of FAQs, talking points, and scripts for client interactions.
- Coordinate with designers, marketers, or agencies (if any) for execution of sales and branding materials.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across sales conversations, presentations, and promotional materials.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA / Marketing or Sales certification is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or allied services preferred
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to convert technical/project information into customer-friendly language
- Creative thinking with a practical, sales-oriented mindset
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and digital tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic content tools is an advantage
- Presentable, confident, and proactive approach
- Willingness to work flexibly between office and site locations

Compensation
- Salary: As per industry standards and experience
- Incentives: Performance-based commissions as per company policy

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
