Job Summary
We are looking for an SAP Administrator with good knowledge of SAP and accounting processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing SAP-related activities, maintaining accurate financial and operational data, and supporting the Accounts team in day-to-day transactions and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain day-to-day SAP transactions and activities.
- Support the Accounts team in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payments, and ledger-related activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial and operational data into SAP.
- Generate and maintain SAP reports required by the Accounts and Management teams.
- Monitor SAP data and identify discrepancies or errors, coordinating with the concerned team for corrections.
- Assist in invoice processing, purchase orders, vendor/customer records, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Purchase, and other departments for SAP-related requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of SAP transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
- Provide basic user support and resolve routine SAP-related issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of SAP ERP and its day-to-day usage.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in accounts-related SAP operations will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SAP Finance (SAP FI) will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling vendor/customer accounts, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of SAP reporting and basic troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
