We are seeking a results-driven and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new B2B business opportunities, managing relationships with corporate clients (such as e-commerce, FMCG, electronics, and pharmaceuticals), and promoting our custom carton and corrugated box solutions. You will bridge the gap between customer packaging requirements and our manufacturing capabilities to meet monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales (B2B)
- Identify, pitch to, and acquire new corporate clients requiring corrugated boxes, carton boxes, and custom packaging solutions.
- Conduct cold calls, field visits, and leverage professional networks (like LinkedIn) to build a robust pipeline of prospective buyers.
- Understand technical customer requirements regarding box dimensions, paper quality (GSM, Bursting Factor), and structural design to offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate price quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
2. Account Management & Retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, handling repeat orders and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the internal production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Resolve client issues regarding product quality, lead times, or invoicing promptly.
3. Marketing & Market Research
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry packaging trends, raw material pricing (kraft paper), and competitor activities.
- Promote the company’s manufacturing capabilities through digital marketing, B2B portals, and industry exhibitions or trade fairs.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, such as product catalogs, sample kits, and digital presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably within the packaging, printing, corrugated box, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
