Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration activities.
- Coordinate office maintenance and housekeeping activities.
- Maintain records of assets, stationery, and office supplies.
- Support employee accommodation and guest house coordination.
- Maintain employee travel and accommodation records.
- Coordinate courier, dispatch, and document handling.
- Support ID card, visiting card, and onboarding coordination.
- Assist in vendor coordination and follow-up activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of admin records.
- Arrange flight, train, hotel, and cab bookings for employees and management.
- Compare travel fares and Choose cost-effective options.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for bookings and cancellations.
- Maintain travel booking trackers and approval records.
- Handle last-minute travel arrangements during emergencies.
- Monitor ticket cancellation and refund processes.
- Ensure all bookings are completed as per company travel policy.
- Share travel itineraries and booking confirmations with employees.
Candidates with IATA certification will have an added advantage.
