We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents, multi-agent systems, and enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by LLMs

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Build Agentic AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, and executing multi-step tasks
- Develop AI agents with tool calling, memory, workflow orchestration, and autonomous decision-making capabilities
- Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, CRM platforms, and business applications
- Fine-tune prompts and optimize model performance, accuracy, and cost
- Build and maintain AI pipelines for document processing, summarization, classification, and conversational AI
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
- Monitor AI systems in production and continuously improve reliability and performance
Required Skills
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience with Python
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
- Experience building Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems
- Knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs
- Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques
- Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party services
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and deployment
Pay: ₹464,900.78 - ₹1,761,275.58 per year
