Job Summary:
We are hiring a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in real estate development projects or hospitality brands. The role involves driving qualified leads for property sales and increasing direct bookings for hotels/resorts through strategic digital campaigns, strong e-commerce understanding, and conversion-focused execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for real estate projects and booking campaigns for hospitality services.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms to maximize ROI and conversions.
- Create and optimize landing pages for real estate projects, property listings, and hotel booking funnels.
- Handle digital listings on real estate platforms (e.g., MagicBricks, 99acres) and hospitality platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb).
- Implement SEO strategies for high-intent keywords like “new projects in Pune” or “best stays in Pune”.
- Develop engaging content including project walkthroughs, site updates, offers, virtual tours, and seasonal promotions.
- Execute remarketing campaigns via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad dashboards.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.
- Coordinate with sales teams (real estate) or reservations/front office (hospitality) for lead and booking conversions.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in e-commerce
- Proven success in generating high-quality leads or increasing online bookings.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
