Location: Mumbai (On-site)
You'll be responsible for building the digital presence of Kapu Gems across all major platforms.
Your responsibilities include:
●Own our Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube presence
●Plan and execute monthly content calendars
●Create luxury-focused visual content and storytelling
●Shoot and edit short-form videos and Reels
●Photograph diamonds, jewellery and behind-the-scenes manufacturing
●Work closely with the founders to build their personal brand
●Design social media creatives, presentations and marketing assets
●Write engaging captions and marketing copy
●Stay on top of social media trends and implement new ideas
●Coordinate with photographers, editors and designers when required
●Track performance metrics and continuously improve engagement
●Help shape the overall brand identity of Kapu Gems
What We're Looking For
●Experience in social media, branding or digital marketing
●Portfolio of Instagram, LinkedIn or luxury brand work
●Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels and LinkedIn content
●Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, and major AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
●Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut or Final Cut)
●Strong photography and mobile content creation skills
●Excellent English communication and copywriting
●Passion for luxury brands, fashion, jewellery or watches
●Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail

Budget for the Role – 30-50k/ month

Pay: ₹11,376.65 - ₹50,103.26 per month
