KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and oversee service, sales, clerical, and administrative staff.
- Coordinate schedules, assignments, and activities of service engineers and support teams.
- Maintain and monitor stock registers, inventory records, and office supplies.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and punctuality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage outside errands, vendor interactions, and office logistics as required.
- Enforce office policies, procedures, and discipline among staff members.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Support management in administrative planning and process improvements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
