SAP Fieldglass is Haleon’s global solution for External Workforce and Services Procurement management, enabling the business to efficiently manage contingent labor, service providers, and external workforce spend. The platform integrates with core HR and procurement systems, supporting end-to-end processes from job requisition to onboarding, time tracking, and offboarding.
As the Product Expert for SAP Fieldglass within Digital & Technology, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing our external workforce management solutions across Haleon, in line with the priorities of our business teams and to maximize value for money over the lifecycle of the product.
In support of a SOx-relevant (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) application, this role is also pivotal in ensuring we comply with SOx requirements by embedding robust control frameworks into product operations – this may span designing and implementing controls to overseeing training, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. This SOx Compliance ensures our financial reporting applications are secure, reliable, and auditable - minimising risk and supporting regulatory integrity. You will join our Corporate Applications Technology team, reporting directly to the Product Manager for Procurement Tech.
Product Vision & Strategy
Requirements & Documentation Management
Lead the gathering, analysis, and prioritization of business and technical requirements from diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
Maintain comprehensive documentation covering system architecture, security, compliance, and operational processes, ensuring accessibility and audit readiness.
Project & Delivery Management
Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP Fieldglass solutions, including integration, deployment, upgrades, and enhancements.
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones and budgets.
Coordinate across functional teams (Tech, HR, Procurement, Finance, external vendors) to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
Stakeholder and Vendor management
Compliance, Risk & Security
Ensure robust compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOx, GDPR), internal policies, and industry standards.
Embed risk management practices into product operations, including regular risk assessments, mitigation planning, and audit preparation and support.
Lead user adoption initiatives, including training, communication, and support for continuous improvement such as automation, new features or process changes.
Minimum 8+ years’ experience with SAP Fieldglass, including configuration, integration, and administration.
Proven track record in SaaS product management, solution design, and delivery, ideally in a global or multi-country environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
