Scidecs is looking for a hands-on Zoho One Implementation Consultant who can own the complete customer journey—from understanding business requirements and conducting pre-sales demonstrations to solution design, implementation, UAT, training, and successful go-live.
This is a client-facing role for someone who understands both business processes and Zoho applications and can independently manage Zoho One implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into practical Zoho solutions and implementation plans.
- Prepare requirement documents, process flows, solution designs, and project scope.
- Recommend the right combination of Zoho applications based on client needs.
Zoho One Implementation
- Configure and implement applications across the Zoho One ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, Creator, Analytics, Campaigns, SalesIQ, Forms, Sign, WorkDrive, Flow, and other relevant applications.
- Configure modules, fields, layouts, workflows, approval processes, automation, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
- Coordinate integrations, data migration, custom functions, APIs, and third-party applications where required.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with the client's business processes.
Project Management & Delivery
- Own implementation projects from kick-off through go-live.
- Define project plans, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and timelines.
- Coordinate between clients, internal consultants, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage scope and change requests throughout the implementation lifecycle.
UAT, Training & Go-Live
- Prepare test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track and resolve issues identified during UAT.
- Conduct end-user and administrator training.
- Manage go-live readiness and provide post-implementation support/handover.
- Ensure successful client adoption of the implemented solution.
Pre-Sales & Solution Demonstrations
- Work with the sales team to understand prospective clients' requirements.
- Conduct tailored Zoho One product and solution demonstrations.
- Recommend solution architecture and implementation approaches during the sales process.
- Support effort estimation, scope definition, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Participate in technical and functional discussions with prospective clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience implementing Zoho One / Zoho applications.
- Excellent understanding of CRM, sales, marketing, finance, customer service, and operational business processes.
- Strong experience in client requirement gathering and solution consulting.
- Ability to independently manage multiple implementation projects.
- Experience conducting client-facing product demonstrations and pre-sales discussions.
- Good understanding of integrations, APIs, data migration, workflow automation, and preferably Deluge/Zoho Creator.
- Strong documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to convert complex business requirements into simple, practical solutions.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on implementation quality and customer success.
Preferred Experience
- Zoho certifications or experience working with a Zoho Partner.
- Experience delivering end-to-end Zoho One implementations for multiple clients.
- Exposure to industries such as professional services, technology, manufacturing, distribution, or other B2B businesses.
- Experience preparing BRDs, solution documents, project plans, UAT documents, training materials, and SOWs.
