Job Responsibilities:
- Telecalling and customer follow-up
- Preparing estimations and quotations
- Handling emails and office documentation
- Search and basic online activities
- Coordination with sales and support teams
- Maintaining records and customer database
- General multitasking and office administration work
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Smart, confident, and responsible attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks
