Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Specialist to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR records, and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and job boards.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee relations and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS and Microsoft Office.
- A strong, professional, and active LinkedIn profile is required. Candidates should have a well-maintained LinkedIn presence that reflects their HR experience and recruiting capabilities.
Preferred
- HR certification (SHRM, PHR, or equivalent).
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
