Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media, digital marketing, print collateral, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and YouTube.
- Create illustrations, thumbnails, banners, brochures, posters, and other visual assets.
- Conceptualize designs based on briefs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Perform image retouching and creative visual development.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and social media teams.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 5–7 years of graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and branding work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and related design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Leonardo AI, or similar platforms.
- Ability to use AI tools for creative ideation and content generation.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience with landing page or website design.
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives and social media content.
- Experience creating AI-assisted design assets and marketing creatives.
Additional Information
- Full-time, On-site role in Santacruz (East), Mumbai.
- Satvik meals are provided by the Institute.
- Only vegetarian food is permitted on campus.
