Profile: EdTech Sales Executive Intern
This is an on-site role for a EdTech Sales Executive at CDPL. The Sales Executive will be
responsible for communication, customer service, customer support, sales and
training related to software training programs.
The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, including
explaining I.T. certification courses to clients/learners to closing deals.
Sales Intern Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product/service offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.
- Negotiate and close sales deals over the telephone.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies.
Requirements And Skills:
● Passion for the IT and tech education industry
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Fluent verbal and written communication skills
● Good convincing skills
● Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
● Ability to build relationships with clients/learners.
● Comfortable with public speaking
● Fluency in English (additional regional languages is a plus)
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
