Job Title: Senior Admin/Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible Senior Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations, customer coordination, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer communication through calls and emails professionally
- Manage billing processes, invoice generation, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain and update records in Tally (accounts, entries, reports)
- Coordinate vendor registration and maintain vendor database
- Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and related documents
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all administrative records
- Support internal teams with administrative and operational requirements
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Tally (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of billing and accounting processes
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in administration
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
