Key Responsibilities:1. Kitchen Operations
- Supervise daily kitchen activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure all dishes are prepared as per standard recipes and quality standards
- Coordinate with service team for timely order delivery
2. Team Management
- Supervise cooks, kitchen assistants, and helpers
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance
- Train new staff on kitchen procedures and hygiene standards
- Maintain discipline and teamwork in the kitchen
3. Quality & Hygiene
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and storage areas
- Follow FSSAI guidelines and company policies
- Conduct regular checks on food quality and storage
4. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering raw materials
- Reduce wastage and control food costs
- Ensure proper storage and FIFO (First In First Out) method
- Report shortages and damages to management
5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure kitchen safety standards are followed
- Handle equipment safely and report maintenance issues
- Ensure proper use of uniforms, gloves, and safety gear

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
