1. Sales Target & Team Management
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor lead flow, follow-ups, pipeline movement, and conversion ratios.
Guide and support the sales team in daily sales activities and client handling.
Conduct regular performance reviews, gap analysis, and 1-to-1 discussions with team members.
Ensure CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and sales process adherence.
2. Sales Process & Pipeline Management
Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to quotation and sales closure.
Ensure proper follow-up systems for new and existing detailers/studios.
Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives for existing clients.
Monitor lead sources such as Facebook, webinars, organic leads, and referral channels.
Coordinate sales pitches, proposals, and closure strategies.
3. Interdepartmental Coordination
Coordinate with the purchase team for product requirements and stock planning.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch support.
Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups, account clearances, and credit support.
Ensure smooth communication between departments to avoid operational delays and customer dissatisfaction.
4. Escalation & Customer Support Monitoring
Monitor customer complaints and escalation cases through the support team.
Ensure critical customer issues are resolved within defined timelines.
Identify recurring issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
5. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
Support region-wise and channel-wise sales planning.
Conduct competitor mapping and market analysis.
Identify opportunities for new detailer acquisition and inactive client reactivation.
Support studio business growth initiatives related to PPF, coating, and detailing products.
Participate in sales forecasting and growth planning activities.
6. SOP & Process Improvement
Develop and implement sales SOPs and workflow systems.
Monitor process compliance across sales operations.
Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
Improve reporting structures, follow-up systems, and sales execution processes
