Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars for multiple brands.
- Plan and execute content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop reels, stories, carousel posts, product posts, lifestyle content, and campaign ideas.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
- Research current trends, hashtags, keywords, and competitor activities in international markets.
- Write engaging captions, content ideas, post descriptions, and marketing copy.
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth, and suggest improvements.
- Support content creator collaborations and campaign planning.
- Maintain brand consistency and content quality across all social media platforms.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Relevant experience in Social Media Management and a strong portfolio is preferred.
Experience & Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, Carousel Posts, and content strategy.
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or e-commerce brands is preferred.
- Strong creativity with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Good copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics.
- Understanding of international market trends is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
