Job Title: Homecare Nurse
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Perform wound dressing, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and other nursing procedures as required.
- Assist patients with daily living activities when needed.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication usage, and home care techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and submit timely reports.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and communicate with physicians regarding patient conditions.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license/registration.
- Minimum 2 years experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Certification in BLS/ACLS is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work independently.
