Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The candidate will ensure project execution according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines while coordinating with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site.
- Ensure accurate execution of engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth site execution.
- Manage materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain site documentation, reports, and progress records.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
Requirements
- Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2+ years in construction/site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
