Role Overview:
We are hiring a result-driven Business Development Manager to handle corporate & institutional sales in the FMCG / corporate gifting segment. The role involves acquiring large clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive corporate & institutional sales (B2B segment)
· Identify and onboard new corporate clients, institutions, and bulk buyers
· Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
· Handle bulk order negotiations & closures
· Coordinate for customized gifting solutions as per client requirements
· Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
· Maintain strong client relationships and retention
Key Skills:
· Experience in corporate / institutional / B2B sales
· Strong network in corporates, institutions, or bulk procurement
· Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills
