- Client Outreach: Make high-volume outbound calls (cold and warm leads) and handle inbound inquiries.
- Service Explanation: Explain various visa types (Student, PR, Work, Tourist), eligibility criteria, and consultancy services.
- Lead Qualification: Assess basic client eligibility, understand their requirements, and qualify leads for senior visa counselors.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book consultations for interested prospects with the legal or immigration advisory team.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain client information, call logs, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or database.
- Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with prospects via calls, emails, and messaging platforms (like WhatsApp) to push for conversions.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly metrics for dialing volumes, lead generation, and client appointments. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
