Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Robotics & Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automated systems and robotic solutions to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. The ideal candidate will work on integrating robotics with manufacturing or business processes, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robotic and automation systems.
- Program and configure robots (e.g., industrial robotic arms, AGVs, cobots).
- Integrate sensors, PLCs, and control systems with robotic solutions.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing automation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, design, quality).
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for automation projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of robotics systems and automation technologies.
- Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Understanding of control systems, sensors, actuators, and machine vision.
- Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with robotic platforms (e.g., ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Universal Robots).
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in automation.
- Experience in Industry 4.0, IoT, or smart manufacturing.
- Certification in robotics or automation systems.
- Exposure to simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, ROS – Robot Operating System).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
