Role Overview
As the Social Media Manager for Wedding Darzi, you will be the strategic brain behind our digital brand. You will own our multi-platform strategy (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn), design high-converting content funnels, manage creator budgets, and establish an aesthetic that appeals directly to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and NRI families looking for luxury wedding experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Grid Aesthetics
Visual Direction: Curate and maintain an ultra-premium, editorial-grade visual identity across Instagram and Pinterest. You ensure our digital presence matches the luxury level of the 5-star venues we partner with.
Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee a consistent pipeline of content including multi-part wedding case studies, vendor spotlights, and design deep-dives.
Storytelling & Copywriting: Write sophisticated, emotionally engaging copy that tells the story behind a wedding—from the initial 3D design concepts to the final live execution.
High-Value Lead Generation & Paid Ads
Paid Campaigns: Set up, monitor, and optimize targeted Meta and Google ad campaigns aimed at generating high-intent leads for destination and luxury weddings.
Inquiry Funneling: Monitor DMs and comments. Implement a seamless system to screen inquiries and hand off qualified premium leads directly to the sales and planning team.
On-Site Production Management
Direction: Oversee on-site content capture teams (freelance videographers, assistants) during live events to ensure they capture key moments, luxury details, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage.
Collaborations: Coordinate post-event asset sharing with premium designers, makeup artists, photographers, and luxury hotels to ensure maximum cross-tagging and organic reach.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
ROI Monitoring: Track monthly metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, inbound leads, ad spend efficiency) and present actionable insights to the leadership team.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven Track Record: 3+ years managing social media channels for a luxury brand, premium design studio, or prominent event production house. A portfolio showcasing luxury aesthetics is required.
Paid Advertising: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Instagram/Facebook ads), custom audience targeting, and lead generation funnels.
Trend & Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Instagram algorithms, Pinterest SEO for wedding planning, and YouTube Shorts/Reels optimization.
Industry Acumen: Strong understanding of current Indian wedding luxury trends, seasonal color stories, and premium international destination hubs.
Leadership & Polish: Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable navigating high-stress, fast-paced live wedding environments and interacting smoothly with high-profile clients and top-tier vendors.
