A Restaurant Captain supervises daily restaurant service operations and ensures guests receive excellent dining experiences.A Restaurant Captain acts as the vital link connecting management, the kitchen, and the floor staff.
- Guest Experience: Greet guests, manage seating arrangements, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Team Supervision: Supervise waitstaff, assign sections, and conduct training on the menu and wine lists.
- Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are served accurately and efficiently
