Job Summary
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role is vital in supporting our mission by ensuring that our team members are engaged, motivated, and equipped to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and providing support.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace environment.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee performance issues and improvement plans.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
