Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Assist in job posting and employer branding activities.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BMS, or any Graduate/Post Graduate pursuing or completed.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
