We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Interior Designer to create exceptional photorealistic visualizations for premium residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities and expertise in producing high-quality renders and walkthroughs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior concepts and mood boards.
- Create highly realistic 3D models, renders, and walkthrough animations.
- Prepare presentation-quality images for client approvals and marketing purposes.
- Select and apply materials, textures, lighting, and furniture to achieve photorealistic results.
- Work closely with design and execution teams to ensure visual accuracy.
- Interpret design briefs and transform concepts into compelling 3D visualizations.
- Maintain consistency in quality, detailing, and project timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and rendering technologies.
- Mentor junior 3D designers and ensure high standards across projects.
Required Skills
- Expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/Enscape.
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition.
- Ability to create realistic residential and commercial interior renders.
- Experience in animation and walkthrough creation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in 3D interior visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential and commercial projects.
