Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist to plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and have a proven track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute paid ad strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Research keywords, target audiences, and competitor strategies.
- Performance Optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance metrics.
- Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives.
- Provide input on landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Track and measure campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates.
- Budget Management
- Allocate and manage ad spend effectively to achieve campaign objectives.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within allocated budgets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with remarketing strategies and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and pixel implementation.
- Strong understanding of SEO and its impact on paid advertising.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
- Experience in managing eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
