Salary: ₹25,000 + Commission

About the Position
Eat Easy Food & Beverages seeks an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to commercialize our CBG plant's comprehensive product portfolio including Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG), CBG filling systems, fertilizers, and liquid fertilizers in Thrissur. Lead market development, build sales teams, establish B2B client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the green energy and sustainable agriculture sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for CBG gas, CBG filling systems, fertilizers, and liquid fertilizers
- Market CBG filling station infrastructure and technology solutions to commercial and transportation clients
- Build and manage a sales team; establish and maintain B2B client relationships
- Create sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets across all product lines
- Identify distribution channels and strategic partnerships in energy and agriculture sectors
- Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and market trends
Required Qualifications
Education: MBA Experience: 5-10 years in B2B sales and marketing
Skills: Strategic thinking, negotiation, customer relationship management, sales target achievement, team leadership
Preferred: Renewable energy, biogas, or automotive fuel systems experience; knowledge of CBG infrastructure and filling technology
