Job Summary:
Experienced General Manager required to lead procurement, operations, vendor development, and team management for ATL, ICT, Robotics, Electronics, Electrical, and Mechatronics projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities.
- Develop and maintain vendor networks.
- Handle procurement planning, inventory, and operations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate with project and technical teams for timely execution.
- Lead and mentor procurement and operations teams.
- Drive cost optimization and process improvements.
Qualification:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
- MBA (Supply Chain/Operations) preferred.
Experience:
- 22+ Years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- Experience in ATL, ICT, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, or Mechatronics projects preferred.
