Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salaries, release offer letters, and follow up on joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Post jobs, manage employer branding, and build talent pipelines.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Education: MBA/PGDM (HR), MHRM, or Graduate with relevant HR recruitment experience.
Skills: Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation, coordination, MS Excel, and recruitment portal experience.
