Job Title: Tele caller / Tele Sales Executive
*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Tele caller to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate leads or sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate should have good communication skills, convincing ability, and a customer-centric approach.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Follow up with customers regularly.
Update call details and customer information in CRM/system.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
*Required Skills:*
Good verbal communication skills (English + Regional language preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
*Eligibility Criteria:*
Education: Any Graduate / Intermediate
Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers can apply)
Prior experience in Tele calling/Customer Support/Tele Sales is an added advantage.

Working Hours: [9 AM - 6 PM], 6days working
Salary: As per company standards + Incentives
Duration: 6months
Start Date: Immediate Joining
Salary: Up to 15k to 25k + Incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,766.31 per month
Work Location: In person
