Roles & Responsibilities:

Exposure to Service Delivery and ITIL
Veritas Backup Management
Domain Controller, MS Exchange 2010 and IIS
SQL Database Administrator
Windows Management (Patching & updating), Optimization (hardening etc.)
Cloud Azure
Anti-virus, anti-spyware, and intrusion detection software support
Intermediate project planning and delivery
Project status and reporting
Professional certifications in different disciplines are a plus
Strong problem solving skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication
