About the Role:
Glitchover is looking for a Creator Partnerships Executive to help build and nurture relationships with gaming creators and streamers. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and onboarding creators, maintaining long-term partnerships, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with Glitchover.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard gaming creators and streamers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to ensure long-term engagement.
- Manage creator accounts and act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and creator support throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of creator campaigns and initiatives.
- Gather creator feedback and market insights to improve the platform and partnership experience.
- Maintain accurate records of creator interactions and partnership progress.
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about gaming, esports, and the creator economy.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong interest in business development, partnerships, or account management.
- Comfortable reaching out to creators and building professional relationships.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord, or Instagram is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, sales, or account management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of gaming communities and current creator trends is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
