We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing insurance sales team.
Role: Telesales Executive
Location: New Delhi
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Languages: English & Hindi mandatory
Industry: Insurance / BPO / Telesales
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential customers over calls
Explain health insurance products and benefits clearly
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions
Handle customer queries and build long-term relationships
Maintain proper records of customer details, policies, and sales activities
Follow IRDAI and industry compliance guidelines
Achieve sales targets and provide regular sales updates
Candidate Requirements:
✔ Any BPO or telesales experience is considerable
✔Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good negotiation and persuasion ability
✔ Ability to explain products in a simple and clear manner
✔ Knowledge of insurance products will be an added advantage
✔ Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales software preferred
