- Develop PLC programs using ladder logic, function block, structured text, or other IEC 61131-3 languages.
- Configure and program HMI (Human Machine Interface) and SCADA systems.
- Integrate PLCs with sensors, actuators, VFDs, servo drives, robots, and industrial communication networks.
- Perform commissioning, startup, and testing of automation systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC hardware, software, and electrical control systems.
- Modify existing PLC programs based on production requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and operating manuals.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
