Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day store operations.
- Drive branch profitability by achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to enhance productivity and retention.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
- Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for local campaigns and in-store events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adapt branch strategies.
- Coordinate store maintenance, repairs, and adherence to health and hygiene standards.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the jewelry industry
