Resolve the 3rd level support issues
Deep, hands-on configuration knowledge in Service Order Management, Service Contract Management, In-House Repair, and Field Service processes.
Demonstrable experience in architecting and building integrations between SAP and marketing platforms (e.g., SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.). The goal is to facilitate a unified view of the customer journey.
Proficiency in managing data migration for key service objects (e.g., service contracts, equipment, service orders).
