Job Description: Technical Sales Engineer
Identifying new customers for Company’s vacuum product portfolio and maximizing customer potential in specified regions.
Travelling to visit potential customers and apprising them of Strength of Company
Managing and interpreting customer product requirements and specifications - communicating with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
Positioning a product in terms of quality, price and delivery so that it best satisfies customer needs.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance for specification formulation.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet customer needs.
Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers.
Preparing Techno Commercial offers based on Tender Enquiries.
Negotiating tender and contract terms and converting enquires to sales.
Making the Customer aware of after sales service
Analyzing Sales data and Meeting sales targets.
Recording and maintaining customer contact data base.
Coordinating sales projects.
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, Exhibitions and other marketing events.
Developing training and product support material for customers.
