Job Description
Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Experience Required: 4–5 Years
Job Location: Lucknow
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to strengthen the online presence of AJ India Alliances and its various business verticals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage branding and promotional activities for educational institutions, healthcare services, media initiatives, infrastructure projects, and other organizational businesses.
- Generate quality leads for admissions, healthcare services, business ventures, recruitment, and corporate partnerships through performance marketing campaigns.
- Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and online reputation management.
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars, promotional campaigns, corporate announcements, and brand communication.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, videographers, and external agencies to create high-quality digital assets.
- Monitor website performance, optimize user experience, and improve conversion rates through data-driven strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other analytical tools, and prepare detailed performance reports for Management.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, optimize Return on Investment (ROI), and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to maintain the Company's competitive advantage.
- Work closely with senior management and departmental heads to design and execute marketing initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital communication channels.
Qualification & Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably handling multiple brands or business verticals.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, Canva, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a result-oriented approach.
- Experience in the Education, Healthcare, Media, or Multi-business environment will be an added advantage.
