Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in RPA and Automation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, conducting process discovery sessions, preparing process documentation, and coordinating with business stakeholders and automation developers to ensure successful automation delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Process Discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Process Definition Documents (PDD).
- Coordinate with customers, business users, and automation development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into automation solutions.
- Track project progress and support successful implementation of automation initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Experience working on RPA or Intelligent Automation projects.
- Strong experience in Process Discovery, Process Mapping, and PDD documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating with technical and development teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Automation Anywhere.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Basic understanding of Python, VBA, Selenium, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, or other automation technologies.
Pay: ₹418,736.03 - ₹1,030,213.49 per year
