Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Admin to support our day-to-day accounting and office administration activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally Prime, quotation preparation, billing, purchase entries, Microsoft Excel, and office documentation. Fresh graduates with a Commerce background and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Billing
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain customer and vendor account records.
- Assist with payment follow-ups and receivable tracking.
Quotation Preparation
- Prepare customer quotations and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Purchase teams to collect pricing and product details.
- Update quotation records and maintain pricing databases.
Purchase & Documentation
- Create purchase orders and purchase entries.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding documentation and order status.
Office Administration
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and administrative coordination.
- Prepare daily reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
- Support Accounts, Sales, Purchase, and Operations teams with administrative tasks.
Skills & Requirements
- Freshers to 2 years of experience in Accounts, Administration, Billing, or Office Support.
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation, billing, and office documentation.
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BBA (Finance) / Commerce Graduate preferred.
- Internship or experience in Accounts or Administration will be an added advantage.
