The ideal candidate should have excellent client management, recruitment coordination, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely candidate submissions.
- Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Handle interview scheduling, feedback, and offer coordination.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Meet hiring targets and maintain client satisfaction.
- Prepare recruitment reports and account performance updates.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Recruitment Account Manager.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
